I agree, if *#06# gives the correct imei then there must be something in the applications loaded or the API they are calling that is returning the wrong IMEI.
SMan certainly gives me the correct details.
perhaps its worth considering a master reset and before installing anything else try installing one of the applications that is giving the wrong details and see what you get then.
if its a P900 it may be worth performing a firmware update online otherwise consider taking it to a service centre to be checked

i've already uninstalled and reinstalled sman but it didn't changed anything.
When it was uninstalled, I checked the other programs and it was still showing the wrong imei.

all my programs where installed in the duo stick

If I remeber correctly according to SMAN manual it should be installed on the C drive with the memory stick in the phone because some componenets will be installed on the memory stick and removing the memory stick will cause the phone to behave irrationally.
