Anyone who is O2 Online PAYG will ALWAYS have free WAP as that is part of the deal!
As for normal O2 PAYG I don't know if it's gonna stay free or not.

yes but this discussion is about free gprs not wap. WAP is also limited to just 300mins a month, though this didn't used to be the case as i had it unlimited for a few months, now it does seem to run out.

Hmm that's true if you use a dial-up connection. However GPRS has always been free on these SIMs whether it's meant to be or not!
