when i ring 02 what do i tell them? just my number or do they need other details? do i need to register 'n' stuff?

well actually i decided to stop by the att store yesterday and thankfully they helped me out, didn't take long long...except the part where an airhead chick looked @ me in a very skeptical way not knowing what a PUK code was. she said "yeah, he needs help with his PKU number" ...airhead!!

@Twista go to o2.co.uk and you can get your PUK from there or call O2 and all they ask is number.

I think Twista is asking about network code and not PUK code. If I am not wrong the network code for 02 is 5555 . I might be entirely wrong here.
