I recently sold my unlocked T616 phone for $230 USD. The phone normally goes for around $150 USD for a new locked T616 but a $10 USD investment on the Terminator dongle to unlock it, flash with the new firmware, and remove all the AT&T crap on it and I was able to get a pretty good return in investment.

If i'd sell mine today i'd get 220$ maybe as a new one on the gray market is 270$. But on the other hand in shops is still 320 euro so i might get a fool to buy mine for 250 Euro.
