The T630 has TFT whereas the Z600 has TFD. There are many threads about these so better you read those than me repeat it all here again

I would exclude T610 here since it has a very annoying display with a lot of ghost trace when you are navigate through the menu.
If only Z600 could be somewhat smaller I would without any doubt pick this one because I love the look very much.
Display to Z600 is brighter than the one to T630 so here Z600 wins.
Sounds is louder to Z600 as well so Z600 wins here again.
But unfortunately Z600 is somewhat to chubby but that is just me who thinks so whilst my sister took it from me and loves it. She doesn't mind the size because she keeps the phone in her handbag.

I went for the Z600 due to low SAR-value. Since all three phones are good I went for safety.

the t630/z600 unless you can get 610 for UNDER 100 pounds. The t630 is stylisher and the z600 has better screen.
