I never had *any* problem with my SE charger. (Hey, I got three of them in total and --believe it or not-- they all work!)

with me the charging problem lies with the phone. The contacts seem to get dirty fairly easily and even dust seems to prevent the phone from charging. A quick clean and it works fine though. Had the problem on t68i and t610

There aren't much things that can break on a charger so you should think that dust is the problem

the problem with my t68 is that the metal contacts on the bottom of the phone have worn away due to scratching with the two metal contacts on the charger. so now theres no connection between the charger and the phone unless i hold the charger in a funny possition with various objects balancing on top of it. grrrr

Only ever had 1charger fail on me in.. 5 years or so. No big deal, just popped onto eBay and got one delivered for about £3 before the phone's battery died on me, worked fine ever since

It all depends on the way ure used to plug ur charger in ur phone. If it's a wrong method, u'll loosen it. Plus u should always check to see if there's dust on the metal. If so, I use an old toothbrush to clean it.
