Hi,
I'm trying to get my T200 rolling.
Using the Sony Ericsson Dial-Up wizard pops up a funky little animation saying:
"Retrieving GPRS config from mobile device"...
then it pops up a OK box:
"Because of an internal error in the application at least one parameter in the request is invalid".
As far as I understand if this wizard succeeds I can use my mobile phone to browse the web on my PC? Does this require special services or settings on my phone?
Thanks

This is just miscellaneous, but you can find some useful software for these purposes at www.clubsonyericsson.com
Hope this helps you :-)

I've googled around and that seems like _the_ site for ericsson software (appart form the fact that most of it just points to
www.sonyericsson.com).
but "useful" is pushing it:)
It all seems like cool software, if only i could get it to work.
I'm a sadist for this stuff though. I'll let you guys know if I get anything useful out of this crappy handset

In Sweden the DCU11 cost me eqv. to €20. Where did you get yours to such an exorbitant price?
Slovenia

Prices here differ from town to town. Got badluck living in outskirts
In comparison, in one shop I found MCA30 for 80, in another for 140 euro...funny, isn't it

1. You can use your phone for internet
2. no special services needed
-install cable drivers
-install modem drivers (link upwards)
-in dial-up number setup put *98*1# (where 1 stands for CID number)
username and password you use to access GPRS
You should now be conected to the internet

Did you set baud rate to 9600 b/s? Which programs are you using? FMA?
If you did everything as I suggested, then it must be working!
