Im only seventeen years old, so Im not going to start it up... but I just cant understand why no entrepeneur (bad spelling) hasnt decided to start one up in a city as big as NYC, I am sure they are guaranteed business... it actually sounds like a very good idea...

well we have svema sony ericsson here in slovenia, and i'm wondering is that also third party? i mean they are the only and offical supplier of se things, they are the only ones that do firmware upgrades and repair them while in guarantie (at least to my knowledge) and they are the only ones that thave a se only shop in the city center (i'm talking about our capital i don't know for other towns) so actually that's probably not third party? i mean i don't know lol, it's the same as se is here the only difference is that it says svema on the door, lol

anyway i'm very happy with the service ceneters here considering that my service point is 5 minutes away and it takes 20 minutes do to a full firmware upgrade..... so i don't know why you guys in ny don't have it....

Thats because they make lousy products so they dont want you to know where they are. They simply dont want all kinds of idiots to bother them. This message was posted from a Nokia

There is only one service center in the US, can you believe that. It is in Morrisville, NC. Takes minimum 3 weeks to get your phone returned. That sucks big time. And it is a 3rd party outfit. Hired by SE. My P900 is already there the 2nd time and they could not tell me the status of my phone. ggrrrrrrr.
We need a west coast service center, that knows what they are doing.
