The problem I have is that my P900 never displays the standby clock and the screen just goes blank. I thought this might be due to the face that my firmware might not be the latest, but when I go to update service for the P900 on the
website I get a notification that my firmware is infact the latest which suprises me to be honest.

go to display, power and make sure you have power save set to CLOCK. active after = 1 mins means clock will display after 1 minute of screen saver.
If anyone has upgraded to the latest firmware that increases the size of the clock, would someone please provide a screen shot here.
I am thinking to the do the upgrade online from SE, but I want to see if the size of the clock does make a difference before I do that.
I know there are tons of nice people here would post a screen shot of the new larger clock. Thank you in advance for your help!!
