I got mine done at A Novo Digicom, Warrington. They seems to know a lot about the upgrade, and kept me constantly updated!
Pitty it failed 3 times
the EMMA server kept getting reset by SE for some reason. Anyone know why this was?
Still only took an hour tho!

There is a place in Tottenham that did it for me in 15mins. It's near White Hart lane stadium... 813 Northumberland Rd. Very good service too.

Got mine back today from Convergent Telecom Leicester. EmmaII server kept crashing, one 3rd attempt it started to download the software, it took 45 mins of waiting. Well worth it, the new software is 100 times better. If your unsure about getting the upgrade.......DO IT NOW. You wont be disapointed.
