So what are you waiting for???!!! Either do a full master reset or if doesnt solve take it to a
service center.

If it's the default password it should be either '0000' or '12345', don't know if it's worth trying either of these two options failing all else!

"call restrict" password is not in the manual, is not reset by master reset. You can only get it from your service provider.

but well; anyway I called the service operator and asked them about this, and said that the service wasn't available and that I could'nt restrict them. But my operator is in Mexico so maybe you can do it in UK, or London, Sweden, etc. just call your service provider, and they will tell you what to do.
