you can make a T630 out of anT610 but you'll need to things... An T630 TFT-display and a T630 firmware file... just replace your T610 screen with the T630 one, and flash it.. there you go..as for the cover, no it cant be changed because of the dimensions... but the other thing is fully possible...

do think think that 630 looks and feels ( at using ) much better as t610. the keypad has been mentioned here before. next to the tft screen it was the basic that i got one to replace my 610. i can do understand, that others prefer 610, but i think every fone must be used as we buy it. never painted of changed anything in my fones, with all the liked and unliked marks i got them.
