the 13sec trick resets the phone to factory condition, leaving operator customisations which are part of the firmware installation. however, it removes all predefined items and other stuff added after the factory fw installation (i.e. anything you have added, some original games and images - but not all).
removing operator customizations is another issue altogether (refer to the links in the above post).

And if you just yan all your stuff back them jusT do a compLete master reset.
