To go into the service menu hit the joystick right, press the 'star' key, then joystick left twice, hit star, joystick left again, then star again (i.e. >*
Ignore what comes up on the menu, just carry on through to the end of the sequence then in the service menu go down to the service tests menu, there should be an option in there to test the camera.

If the camera doesnt work on service test, you should go to your local Sony ericsson repaircenter or the place you bought, to get it fixed
