When you post new message, then at bottom is a link "Attach picture". Click on it and a new window will appear. Then select "browse" and choose your pic on your computer. Then click on "upload" and your pic will appear with a text. Select the text and copy/paste it to your message you will input.

Thanks a lot! I thought the "attach picture" at the button is used to upload a user's icon like avatars.
