I don't know about your spam filter software but I do have the extras service on one of my hotmail account ($14.99/year) and I guarantee you there is still no pop3 access so I can only presume from that, that your software uses HTTP access in the same way that outlook and outlook express does.

as vlam mentions though, hotmail does have some spam protection built in which is also worth checking out

ok cheers but even with Yahoo it dont work

incoming server for yahoo is: pop.mail.yahoo.co.uk

but it still says cant be found now thats strange
