Sorry then. Other SE phones can be used as standard modems.

dial up networking is for using your p900 as the modem for your laptop.
i have set this up via bluetooth with my sony tr2. however.....
this was quite a complicated process on the laptop side, and no wizards involved anywhere. i was talked though by orange tech (uk) my phone network provider. Orange tech support is free and superb. Unfortunately bluspace ne which comes on the tr2 does not allow dialup networking AND bluetooth syncing, so if syncing is more important be warned with bluespace NE. i contacted sony ericsson support on this and vaio support both of which couldnt organise a pi** up if i gave them the keys to a brewery and said help yourself.
bluespace ne is a sony product and doesnt even work with there own phones!!

I tried it & worked fine.
but how can I do so with the sync-station?
Is there anyone out there that managed it
& could possibly help us?

Not true!!! I am currently sending this from my TR2MP via Bluetooth GPRS dialup (browsing web & sending email) and sycnced via bluetooth with the TR with no problems. Setting up PC to work with P900 not too difficult - I'm also with Orange.

@superas_1988

What exactly are you wanting to do??? Are you in UK? What network you on?

I live in greece. I have vodafone contract.

But what has this to do with?
I've already used dial-up networking over bt.

I'm only trying to use the program called
"dial-up networking wizard"
-obviously, the phone is to be connected to the pc with the usb cable-
installed with pc-suite for my p800.

The program starts and searches for connected phones
but it won't find mine!
Do you know why?
