lol i paid 60 dollars for it

anyway it works with ALL se and some ericsson models (for an example i tried it with t39 and it works ok) the only problem with the p series is that you can't have an sos or stroboscope light..... but it works as a light with all models.....
I can't get it to work with my Z200. It doesn't work with all models.

ANyone used it with a T610 and had it work as per the instructions?
I can attach it and turn it on, but according to the instructions I should :-
Press the flash button to take a picture.
TIP If the subject of the picture is too dark, light up the subject by pressing the flash button twice quickly and then press the flash button to take the picture.
Also - the instructions mention items in the accessory menu - I don't get those either.
Is there a minimum firmware rev for this to work properly?

ok, with your phone plug in the camera. In a few secs "Phone Flash - MPF-10" will come up on the screen. Push the button on the unit once. The LEDS will come on and the phone will go to the camera mode. Now press the button on the camera unit once again and hold it down whilst you line your shot up. the unit will be on at this stage. When you release the button the shot will be taken and the flash will go off. Thats how it works for me anyway.
Hope this helps.

Perhaps you could give the contacts on the connector of your phone a cleaning. It takes a few seconds to power up. In any case its good that you've got it working.

I got mine a few months ago for £10 because I know a guy at a store, but they normally sell them for about £25.. Also some stores give it for free with every T610..
