I would tend to agree with skydiver, although perhaps slightly smaller than the screen size might be best.

Ok I just managed to do a test video with my webcam and that came out cool. I used mpegable,what I did is record a video on the phone and then sent it to my powerbook,got the exact size from the info and they are as follows. 176x144. The rest of the info was supplied by Mpegable.
Oh yeah works like a charm.Now I need to download al those on the link and then resize them.
