I found a bug on k700i. It is not possible to delete a member of a group (Phonebook / Options / Groups). If you accidentally add somebody, you can only delete the whole group and create it again. Silly.

BTW does anybody know how to copy a game from a phone to my PC?

Everthing about this K700i is almost perfect, they have upgraded the caller list showing date and time of callers, speed dialing, creating folders to store your pictures... etc, better screen resolutions with camera settings, backlighting, faster steps in sending sms, the only setback is the sms tone... still gotta stick to the default ones! anyway I am still proud to own this phone.

A 2-day user here, having read the manual twice and spent an embarrassing amount of time trying to find this out:

Is there a trick to attaching the wrist strap that came with the phone? It's too funny, I cannot see anywhere to loop it through... [Edit: Bah! I didn't think the answer would be in the user review thread.. here's the picture http://www.esato.com/board/img.php?id=5370 ]

I'd also prefer to be able to switch off the photo sound other than using the meeting profile. I use the outdoor profile due to the nature of work (noisy, not so much outdoors!) and would prefer to edit that.

Thanks!

Just a little note, on my K700, when you turn the phone on to silent, the camera shutter sound goes silent. No need for the meeting profile.

Mines a UK K700.

That's strange because all the K700 I have tried can only mute the camera sound by using the meeting profile!

Anyway, remember that the meeting profile can always be altered to fit your needs. I, for example, renamed it to "Mute" and changed all other settings to be silent. That profile now not only mutes the camera, it mutes the phone completely. Then I renamed another profile to "Meeting" and configured that as the original meeting profile was. So now when I want to make the phone totally silent (even when taking pictures) I choose the profile "Mute".

Strangely, even though on silent my K700 doesnt make the camera shutter sound when you take a picture, the games still make sounds, especially the tennis game which has music. Odd.

try just setting ringer volune to 0...

regardless of silent mode, setting the ringer to 0 mutes the shutter.

Pressing # and * at the same time brings up the screensaver.
Pressing 7 and 9 brings up 9p for some odd reason.
