We were discussing this on Mobile-Review.
I've come up with:
T = Business (with lower end, more general handsets).
Z = Clamshell.
P = PDA/Phone.
K = Youth.
S = Imaging/Multimedia? Hard to say with only one handset.
There are rumours that F will be replacing T as it has sort of lost its way, and this will come with the release of F700 and F500.

bobafett - I don't think so. How could an word beginning with Z imply anything the Z200, Z500, Z600 and Z1010 have in common? All I can think of is the clamshell formfactor.
Oh yeh, and as for the index number, anything that has 1xxx will be a 3G. (For future reference).
