hold the phone close to the IR port on the printer and then just send for example the phone book via IR (the same way you do when you either send the entire phonebook or just single contacts)

have tested with T68m and that worked so it should work with a T68i as well... have one T68i at my desk now, just going to finish my lunch, then I can test it with our HP Laserjet 2200
update: just tested... and it worked just fine with the above printer...
