I would like to point out over here it seems that only the network you are connected to will blacklist your phone if stolen.
Someone I know used to have a few stolen phones (given to him by some dodgy guy. didnt know stolen till after he got them) and they would work on all networks bar one - the oone it had been stolen from. And Voda and BT(O2) have only in he last couple of months started to blacklist phones!
