I've never had a clamshell phone before but I don't think it's something that would bother me. Either block or clamshell is fine for me.
I've looked at it a bit more and I think the V500 is the better phone. Sorry

Pay attention everyone because this doesn't happen too often, I am inclinded to agree with boba on this one!

Seriously though, the T610 is a very good phone in my opinion, but at the end of the day it all comes down to personal choice. Where you happy with the t68i? If so you will probably love the T610.

Anyway, I probably would be happy with a T610 but it's just that the V500 seems to be better in practically every way! Hopefully I'll be happier with one of them. I've never had a camera-phone before and the 640x480 pics from the V500 is appealing.
The screen is also a lot(ish) higher resolution on the V500.
I like the design of both.
