Ah, you've never used blue-tack as much as me then.
Blue-tack is wonderful stuff, if some gets stuck somewhere, all you do is get another bit of blue-tack and stick it to the stuck bit, and it all comes off in one lump. Its magic.
what id do is fashion the blue-tack into a stylus shaped tube, ram it hard down the silo so it sticks to the stylus and pull it out gently. It might take a few attempts but it should work. I just tried it on my PDA and it worked fine.

How about a straw. Try to suck it out.
For that you need to find the right size.

I was going to suggest creating a vacuum (sucking it out) earlier, but I felt that the danger involved (accidentally swallowing the stylus) was too great.

Why hasn't anyone taken theirs apart and put it in the hole to find the magic solution

I tried @switch's screw in your spare stylus nib and it works fine (the solution I came up with from reading the 1st post) - need to push relatively hard to allow the thread turn and not the stylus

Get a thick piece (>2mm) of copper wire and push it up from the hole at the bottom of the P900 stylus hole. (At least it looks like ahole that runs all the way up)

I doubt that, because the manual says, to take the ms duo out, push the stylii down hard.

Have you tried lightly dropping the phone in a case yet?
When I had it in the original case and droped it a few times the stylus came flying out!
Risky but worth a try if all else fails, as it obviously dislidges the locking of the tip!
