Me, like some local folk singers in the likes of Diomedes Maturan, Mike Hanopol, Pepe Smith & Kline, Sylvia La Torre, Tarzan & Baby Jane, Porkchops, Menudo, Afritada, Adobo . . . . For the foreign ones: Al Jarreau, George Benson & Hedges, John F. Kenny G, Jim Church Chappel, Yutaka Yukukura and David Benetton !

Loving my Trance, Dance, Techno and Rock.

My band of the moment is Delerium, they are great.
But i like stuff like Muse, System of a Down, Faithless, Jurgen Vries, LINKIN PARK!! (contraversial..), Placebo, The Prodigy, QOTSA and muchos other stuff.

Oh, and they don't come under those genres, but i quite like the Scissor Sisters at the mo. Bit random but pretty good.

Anyone care to explain to me about the diff types of dance/trance/techno etc etc?

been planning to expland my music library into those categories (for parties etc.) but i don't know whats good to download...

getting tired of listening to rap/hip-hop at parties here: the old songs were good; the new ones are ok or bad; and all the old ones are overplayed

Hey Kim, I asked my friends the same question, and the were all in different parts in the US. They all told me the same thing. It was about 5 years ago maybe, and it was Paul Oakenfold-Transport 1. It may be an outdated sound for some, but it is the best "begginger CD" to get into the music. If you roll it right, you can be taken on one hell of a journey, you know what I mean, don't you? Of course get like Tiesto-Summerbreeze. You hant hard, find a set from Sandra Collins. Theres so many DJs out there, but too bad 90% of them suck big time. But all of my music involves the other 10% and I have never looked back.
