u should contact the nearest se service, visit the official se website for the infos. your contacts, messages, settings, pix wont disappear, only the pre items will be changed if it is.

One last thing. You DO connect it to the computer to flash the phone yourself. I do this as a small business, and that's how it's done, it doesn't matter if it's not a P900. This message was posted from a T616
