For starters, those handsets are made (or extremely similar) to audiovox phones. God rest Se's soul if they have a contract with them to manufacture phones with the SE logo. I mean come on, audiovox is worst than Nokia!
The design is very much unlike what SE has shown us in the past, even to what Nokia has done...nice try though Orangeman
