instead of double clicking on the file to open it in win-rar, just send the file to the phone, as long as you saved it as a .jar and not a .zip file

winrar is a bit confusing in that respect as the original file looks the same as the jar file
best bet is to hover over it with the mouse after every click so you can read the extention
