I too was being completely sarcastic, also. I read an article today talking about England new hopes with such a young team for Germany 2006. I mean, when is enough enough?

i think every team after every tournament has hopes for the next big tournament. I think it is perfectly normal and happens every time.

I find it strange that England is being singled out here..... sorry winner attitude I think... rather than sarcasm.

England stand as good a chance as anyone when or if they qualify.

Vlam is right, England shouldnt be singled out, but i can understand the weaker footballing nations would feel the need to do so to make themselves feel better.

If Rooney continues to grow and flourish at the rate he currently is, i can quickly see him becoming the worlds number 1 striker. He has so much talent for someone so young. Its nothing to do with his nationality, i just find watching him play very exciting.

Change the madrileño for "english team by etaab"
