GPRS is available on the network but as far as i am aware it hasnt been officially launched, ie I havent got charged for my GPRS usage so far
. I can also use the mms data account to connect via wap and retrieve emails. The reason staff do not support the email side is because you need specific settings from email provider (ie POP and SMTP). Do you expect tech staff to memorise POP and SMTP for every email provider in the world?? or maybe you could read your phone manual (if that isnt too difficult) and work it out for yourself
