Bart was talking about a firmware upgrade. This is done by SE service centers. You are not supposed (and it is tricky and risky) to do it by yourself. It is free during the warranty period.

oh my....
i am in U.S. now and i have never seen any SE service center around here... so which means even they are gonna have the upgrade soon, and i am stuck.... geez!!

SE service centres can be just a normal mobile phone shop, my closest one turns out to be an o2 shop

Keep reading the forum's for when the new firmware isout..you can take it the shop you brought the phone from and get it updated..
If there is a toll free Sony Ericsson Line in your country give them a buzz and ask for the nearest SE Service center...

How come there's no SE center in US big cities? There is almost every town and city, have a Se center, here in indonesia. Even my city have 3.

i have no idea, one of my thought is that all the service provider has taken the phone for sale, like vodafone in UK... i dont even see any direct SE or Nokia shop here to check out new phones, maybe there are some in NY... but not in San Francisco... doh~!
