SC26.
I had file's left over from uninstalled apps that I tried to delete useing the P800's storage manager but it said 'Not Found' even though it listed them so I deleted them useing PC suite & they are no longer listed on the phone. it may or may not work in your case. Hope it does .

I have encountered this very same problem and as far as I can see the situation is as follows:
An application has been installed on a memory stick, but the application has also created a folder in internal memory as well.
Even though the memory stick with the application is not inserted the application is still registered a shaving been installed because of the files present in internal memory.
When trying to uninstall the application the process fails because the actual application is stored on a memory stick.
There would seem to be one of two options available to remedy this situation, either insert the memory stick again and perform the uninstall or use a file manager to manually delete the application's files and folders present in internal memory.

Another way to unistall succesfully is to re-install the app and then unistall it.

The funny thing is I get "a problem occured during uninstallation....in use" when I'm trying to install edoom. I have all the files wad1 and wad3 but cant install the sis file coz I get the error message all the time. I've used fileman to wipe out anything that has doom on it before. Is it possible that I deleted a file that now prevents me from reinstalling the game. Any ideas. Thanks
