I visited the mobile-review website above and read that the phone can be held even only by the flip when using the QWERTY keypad. The question is, for how long can you use it that way?

Won't the hinge give way eventually?

Just curious, and I'm not sure if anyone has actually asked this question (yes, yes, use the search, so I'm a lazy sod

)
Does anyone know whether this new duo pro support also allows support of duo (non-pro) cards? It would actually be quite good for current p800/p900 owners to be able to use their existing memory cards with the p910 rather than having to buy duo pros.

yes yes yes 100 times yes, that's a dumb question. but it's ok

we're here to help each other. it's so damn obvious they're retro-compatible. plus, remember being able to use DUOs with adapter in any normal MS enabled device? never worry, it's always like that: retro-compat first! it's in SE's blood
plus, i've notised (maybe it's beend discussed before though) that the p900 over the p800 has FTP support for Bluetooth connection/file transfer. i'm not able to quote that for the USB, or any other improvements. yeah, sure, it'd be awesome to have USB 2.0 support on the p910.
still, i'll stick to my old p800. either the p900 nor the p910 make it up for the investment versus real usefullness. my point of view...

I'm glad you still answered my question though

Well, it depends. I don't think that's the real point, though. If you consider just mobile phones (let's not talk about smartphones yet, since there aren't that many in this genre yet), there's also no real point of upgrading your phone, ever! Generally all people want is to make phonecalls, and possibly at the most store a few contact numbers.
Having said that, though, the upgrades from the p800-p910 probably do not justify the actual costs incurred through upgrading - from a purely practical point of view. There are some advantages and conveniences with the newer devices, such as additional on board memory (if the rumours are true) which would allow better running of programs - yet this isn't really worth paying the £500+ price when the new phone first comes out!
Actually, maybe we should all just stick to the traditional pen and paper - the best value for money media!
Just my 2 cents

same processor dude. same!
shame huh?
there are some obvious hardware changes needed for the 260k screen and for the duo pro but all that's minor. ppl complain p910 is a clone of the p900 with little plus 2 offer and it aint worth the deal.. if i had no smartfone, but a t68i lets say, i would prolly go for the p910 not p800 or p900. obvius huh?
so once and for all, its clear p910 wasnt intended for the rest of us allready having previous models, well not worth the deal then.... so no more wining for christ!

maybe its just that they want the p910 to counter the nokia 9500 communicator?
