My Friends feature is a big deal to me. I have been using it to chat with my yahoo and icq friends simultaneously. It works as an IM.

This morning I've send an email to SE with the question why I don't have My Friends. They answered that I might have a branded SE k700. But I'm sure I don't have one because I don't have a simlock, and the shop I bought him, sells the phone apart from a phone-account. They say they only sell unbranded phones.
Is it possible that My Friends is disabled at Dutch versions of k700?
I NEED it!

I ave o2 K700i and i dun have "My Friend" option anywhere. I think the branded phones dun ave det. Can any1 suggest a wap site where I can download it as it sounds pretty interesting and useful.

O2, Vodafone and others block the future in their customized firmwares, just because they don't have support for it in their net.
As for the unbranded/uncustomized phones it should be on the third line under message. As the dutch version isn't only dutch, there should be My friends too.

k45h; As long as O2 not support it I think they wont put it in their firmware. The only way to get it is to uncustomize the phone, that is flashing/upgrading it with a standard, non O2, firmware.
But, at the moment that's not possible.
