On a P800 you don't even get to the game menu. It just refuses to install.

Yep must be. So it works on K700 & P900, and original mophun game was available on T610 and T630.
So just us P800 owners who can't officially play crazy golf *sob*
I would have thought the java clients in the P800 & P900 were the same.

my guess is that the Java version supported should be higher than the p800's..maybe it should be MIDP 2 unlike the p800's w/c is MIDP 1

I have seen that the java client file is stored on the phones memory somewhere, so it's not actually part of the hardware.
P800 should be easily capable of running MIDP java applications.
