I have this Brando Leather Case for my P900 and it has 2 slots for the memory stick duo. It works pretty fine for me

here's how it looks.

I had an idea in another post but no one, including me, ever tried it out. I was thinking that some of the battery casing of the P900 could be filed away to make room for an extra MS Duo behind the battery cover. I just don't wanna risk screwing up my battery. But if I had an extra one....

filed away
Anyone to support that? I am concerned about how rigid the back cover is.... The ridges that can be filed look very thin and I'm not sure if a MS Duo can get in without breaking it
Has anyone done it? Is it easy / difficuly / risky? how much?
Just a few questions over a innovative idea
besides I liked the mint box thing, tho for now I have stuffed it in my wallet

I'm not talking about filing the battery cover of the P900. I meant the actually battery. Could you file down the black plastic covering the battery? I'm fairly certain that no alterations could be done to the P900's battery cover, so this seems to me to be the only other option. Does anyone have a spare battery that could experiment with it? Maybe one that is already screwed up.

I actually just bought a replacement battery off ebay and i'm gonna experiment with it. i'll let everyone know how it goes. Wish someone would just manufature a battery with a space for ms duo. Who wouldn't buy that?

So i've always just accepted the fact that i couldn't fit a MS Duo behind the battery of my P900 cuz that's what i've always heard. Wrong. Look at these pic( with Duo under battery cover)
Sure, it's not perfect, but at least it can be done. It is secure and the battery door won't come off. There's just that little gap. I have the Duo in the middle of the battery lined up running in the same direction so it will not be wide.

Dont think I'd like to try and modify the battery incase of damage to the phone/memory stick afterwards (eg, leaking battery).
That back cover looks stressed while its holding the battery and memory stick.
The breath strip box is a good idea though.

I use a cardwallet from LowePro. I always bring my cameraequipment. So I have attached it to the shoulder strap. Its also possible to attach it to anything else, like a belt.
