hardware wise Moto have always been good, The UI has been their weakness. Not sure if its addressed with this model.
The ID is truly stunning.
But only 5.5MB, and no way to upgrade. Shame.

I agree. It looks nice, if a little too long in length, and its really thin which is nice...
But the features are pretty naff, it still is only VGA.. i'd like it much more with at least a 1.3mp camera in it.

Yes, it looks great, but from what I know of Motorola, I've ALWAYS hated how their menus are built/navigation....it definitely would keep me from buying anything with the M logo on it...
Now, give me that same phone with

i beg to differ. if there's one factor that makes me sceptical bout getting a MOTO, it's their built quality. the T720 i had before was a waste of time! not to mention the V-series. and by the look of it, i just dont think this V3 razor will be any better, form factor wise, IMHO.

It's a status phone, I wouldn't expect the phone to have a 40megapixel camera or 600 gigs of memory in it. It's mean to be stylish (just like the nokia status phones, 8850, 8855, etc - expensive with basic functions)
And Motorola build quality has improved since the T720, so I wouldn't go dissin any recent Motorola just yet.
But there you go again, there's no real use trying to report anything non SE related because you're all blind thinking SE is the best around (which is kinda funny because they're getting worse, they're becoming another nokia)
But each to his own I guess. LOL

look... its was never my intention to diss anybody or any phone brand for that matter. but being in an SE forum, sad to say that would likely be the case sometimes. ppl are bound to be biased here. i'm not sayin i'm one of of those tho. haha. so maybe my comments weren't in a positive way or may have a hint of bias, its all based upon my honest opinions, like u said, each to his own. if its not up to ur liking then i'm sorry.
and just for the record, i'm not as blind a user as u may think i am. let's just say i'm not too fond of other brands at this moment. as for Moto, well... once bitten twice shy, so....
altho i must admit SE pisses me off at times! well, even the best have its flaws.
