I've had numerous Ericsson and SE phones over the years. The reason I stick to them is that hardly any of them has failed my expectations. Those, two or three, that has gates been repaired or replaced on the warranty.
Mate, if your attitude is the same as the one you show here now when something is not quite as you expected I can see why you are calling your previous K700 a bad phone.

You know damo, it really doesn't bother anybody that you did not like the k700. Nor does it bother anybody that you sold it. I fail to see why it bothers you that there are others that do like the k700, or any other se phone for that matter. Hardly your problem, is it?

Its that bit thats the most laughable. There is a thread for K700i problems, which at my last check was over 290 replies long..
Plus multiple threads created by people about the battery life of the K700.
So i think the cons of the latest SE phones have been pretty well heeded, and accepted.
