According to se c/c,the nearest service point is eurocomm in blackpool has stated earlier.But if you require fw update for k700,they have not got it yet.

If you can drive. The Mobile Phone Repair Company in High Carr Business Park are
repairers. They are based in Chesterton, Newcastle Under Lyme, Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ST5 7UG. Its about 45 minutes to an hour drive from Manchester. Get off the M6 at junction 16 then take the A500 and turn off at Talke (A34). Go right at the roundabout (A34 heading towards Newcastle Under Lyme Town Centre) and take the exit next to the BP station (A34). MPRC is on the only left turn off there about half way between where you come off the A500 and the next roundabout.
Unless you phone is in really bad shape they say that all repairs will be done within an hour if you take it yourself.
