Canīt comment on the 520 sincce I havenīt even held one in my hand, but the T39m and Nokia 6210 spring to mind. I have two T39Mīs and had a Nokia 6210 and I know mine at least were bloody brilliant phones!

it has only 4 shades of grey as it wascool opposed to monochrome and there were no colour screens arond.
