for some countries you can look at
www.sonyericsson.com under 'dealer locator'
Otherwise your nearest phone store would know where to locate

@pkblue
if you find it hard to locating topics regarding your problem or should i say our problem regarding lost of phone numbers in the contacts folder. SE suggested to do a master reset of the phone, a software upgrade to R2L. That was the sollution they did to my k7 and it thanks to them, it worked. cheers.

lol! i am almost on first name terms with the guy at my local Sony Ericsson firmare upgrade centre

went there for so many updates with the T68i - Perhaps the new firmware will remove the "minor" O2 branding - and give me back the snooze function on recurrent alarm too!

so far after the r2l upgrade i dont have missing numbers anymore. however the i still experience contacts showing the same numbers. to solve what i did was to go to the contact, go to view & edit number then select the phone number and click edit then press ok then save... voila the right number will be shown! I just hope that it doesn't keep coming back so i do not have to keep repeating the tedious steps

Sorry, was away for the weekend.
I have an O2 phone, so I guess we could call that semi-branded (though they don't play around with the firmware like Orange or Vodafone).
Thanks for the suggestions. I will look into checking what firmware I have then get to SonyE to upgrade the firmware if necessary (I'm sensing I will need lots of luck for this to go smoothly?)
Cheers

I've experienced once under R2L whereby a phone number is missing as well. So I guess R2L doesn't solve the problem.

Hi,
I have the same problem. I orginally purchased an SE k700i on Orange. There technical support was pretty useless in solving my problem so I returned the phone and ordered a new one (figuring it was a one-off faulty handset). However my new k700i SE also on Orange (I don't learn do I?) is still dogged by the problem of deleting numbers. Has anyone resolved the issue? If so, how? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

On mine also some contacts have the same numbers on them in the display but when I try to edit them, it shows the correct number. This only happened when I "upgraded" to R2L from R2E. I tried editing the numbers manually and saving them again but that couldn't fix it. What I did was to delete the all contacts which had the same numbers in the display and re enter them one by one. So far it didn't happen again.
