Yup, it's possible to re-flash the phone. If there is a SE centre, the best way is to get their help. Anyway you can perform a master reset by yourself, just remember to backup important data before reset. But it will not be help if you get actually a hardware fault. Good luck! Ok, thanks, i'lll try this. But is SE able to reset my phone by an other way than the master reset option in the phone? Maybe a "big reset" or i don't know what would help.

I only need to download the package on the SE website, and i'll have the latest XTND version? Can you tell me where to see the actual number version i got?

Re-flash will just do a big reset, while it will rewrite the program area. The user area such as phone book will remain. If your phone was orìginlly upgraded from a T68m but not by an official service centre, it is highly suggested to go to the service. This message was posted from a T39
