They did not mention preorder. So you ordered it and what happens is they do not charge your CC until it ships.

the new iPAQ (hx4700) I am waiting on

I can't quite afford the rx4700, but I've got my preorder in for the rx3715.

Clove have been going for years, so they cant be that bad. I havent dealt with them personally. They dont say that they have any stock but they also dont indicate when delivery is expected. I say that if in doubt contact them.

congratulations! though I have to say I found the 4150 better than the 5450 I previously had although the features are identical apart from the finger scan

looks like the 4700 will be out in the next couple of weeks so anyone interested in taking my 4150 with a 4150 krusell case all in original box and condition when the 4700 is in my hands can PM me otherwise I'll just stick it on ebay at that time

to get back on topic it looks like the new iPAQs will be available before the P910...

Why do you need an ipaq when you have a P900?

I've always preferred iPAQ even since having the P800 when it first became available. I mostly got the P800 and P900 and next P910 for simple curiosity and to help people here with problems. The P900 took over from the iPAQ for a couple of months but I soon found myself using the iPAQ in preference to the P900 for internet and movie watching especially when BA won't let me use the P900 on board

That's weird, i used my P800 on a 8 1/2 hour BA flight, and i explained it had a 'Flight' mode, they just said ok, leave it off until the seatbelt sign is off, and vice versa on descent.

Twas a wonderful flight

edit: Just realised this is massively off-topic! I have never used clove.co.uk before, but they do say it's only an estimate of the price! *whew*

I guess you haven't read my write up on getting BA to make it official policy to allow flight mode in the Flight Mode not accepted in some aircraft where I also placed a copy of a letter from a senior BA safety officer stating that while he could understand what flight mode was about the training of staff to distinguish between flight mode capable and non capable phones would be too much.

On one of my weekly flights between gatwick and frankfurt the cabin crew member didn't even ask me to turn it off herself she just got the captain out to ask me!
