I have had no problems with my phone, except u have to mess around with your phone nymbers because the new software stores them slightly differently, and u have to reinput any wap or gprs settings etc.
Neither of these things took me a long time. When u take your phone in ask for the mms software or T68i software. In your messages folder, if there is no mention of mms then u have the older (non mms) software.

yes... you have to get it.. if u are using the HBH 15 .... you can acess the voice ans ... unlike before the upgrade ... and loads of new stuff ...
