Yea, the delay has been long, but i just got off the line with Amcorp SonyEric, and they already have the MMS software just today. However, the person i talked to recommended me to upgrade next Mon coz he wants to 'test' the software first.
Since we have already waited god knows how long, i don't see any harm waiting a few more days. I didn't ask him whether there would be a charge tho..i am assuming that warranty sets get a free upgrade.

Thats what Amcorp says, tho i am again in doubt when i called again Friday. They said that SonyEric only gave them 'half' the software but they should get the 'full' software next week. What a pack of crap lies. But they have confirmed that the MMS software is out.
Those w/o warranties would have to pay RM50 for the upgrade. I am not sure whether they would do watersets or not.
Flaky Yes/No buttons? You could try going to Amcorp to see if they would replace it for u. And i left the Amcorp numbers in my office.. sorree

I went to Amcorp and did a upgrade on my T68mc last week. waterset will cost you RM25, it was R2D005, basically not much changes but only added few more games, no MMC. (and stuff attidude sucks)
And I can't input Chinese anymore after the upgrade, but it's Ok... and the new upgrade came with Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia. The menu seems a bit faster than my old firmware R1C, no "hang" anymore....
So, what's the latest development now??? are we able to convert our T68m to T68i???? ppl outside malaysia has been using their converted t68i for ages but we still fxxking one step behind.....
My friend owned a small handphone accessories shop in JB and he told me that T68 "Local import battery" will be out next week and the housing too. Maybe there's a bit slow in JB, but hey, it's good to hear that.

I have spoken to the manager in charge, i know him quit well and he told me that they can only released the software after a massive teting from thier end cause SONYERICSSON told them to do that. It is just to make sure that every single options and selection is bugs free.He also told me that it will take 1 to 2 weeks long before it can be released to the public.
He mension to me to give a try, somewhere end of next week.
So guys don't be so frus, just wait. It's there but just can't be reach.
