> K700 or 6230?

With the bugs + weird battery life, I'll go for the Nokia 6230
. . . Without the bugs + good battery life, I'll go for the SE K700/i fone model
Accdg. to some, the R2L . . . firmware upgrade on the K700/i did not 'totally' fix the problems in it . . .

- and batterylife on K700 are atleast as good as on 6230 especially with latest firmware R2L.
This is a fact that can be documented.
R2L fixes most known bugs on K700 - which wasnt that many to begin with - dont listen to those that keep on nagging about bugs without any supporting facts at all.

i heard from my friend's brother said that the 6230 screen looks like 4k colour and the cam looks like 7250's cam...he had compared it with his samsung s200 and told me..... well i don't have k700 so i can't make any opinion...if u want a good cam,good screen,good sound quality,s700 is ur choice

Besides you might notice that the first brand biased nonsense post in this thread actually came from a nokia by david1975 who didnt reply to any of the questions being asked but simply said to get the nokia cause there was no contest bla bla bla - and I simply replied with a number of technical facts to show he was wrong
Point is the brand debate was started by a nokia fan - and if nokia fans dont like us having a go at nokia - then they shouldent really "pick a fight" by "throwing first punch" - if you do so one should expect a few punches back - especially in a S//E forum

I actually own both phones. The 6230 for work and the K700i for personal use. Of the two, it's the K700i for me each time despite the 6230 having some advantages.
K700i - Pros: Better screen, better user interface, better bluetooth implementation, better user experience. Cons: Poor battery life, no memory card option.
6230 - Pros: Memory card option, battery life. Cons: Dull screen, dodgy bluetooth implementation (regular freezes and connection drops), poor memory management (size of bluetooth/irda file transfers limited to free internal memory), dated menu system, audio doesn't sound quite as good as that on a K700i for the same AAC/MP3 files.
There you go. And that's from someone that can truly say he uses both phones on a regular basis.
