Same here and so is my girlfriend (we're both on Virgin pay-monthly).
Regardless, it was pretty easy for me to find a relative that wanted the SIM pack and the top-up vouchers for face value.

No branding at all. The phone has been left pretty much untouched and it was unlocked when I received it.
The only thing Virgin have added are MMS and GPRS profiles.
