Exactly, it looks like the sims, if I hadn't read that it was a new game then I would have thought a new expansion for The sims ( although Sims 2 is allmost here )

Update:
Publisher Ubisoft has announced that Playboy: The Mansion will be delayed until early next year to "avoid disappointment" by providing an "outstanding game." In other words, the game either isn't ready or Ubisoft, like many others, has decided to forego the Christmas rush that will see GTA: San Andreas, Halo 2, and Half-Life 2 top the charts.
