i have not got a warrenty, but last time i rung them up about my T68 they told me it would cost 40gbp to get it fixed.when all it needed was a NEW BATTERY.

if u have experiences with flashing them do it. If not, rather ask someone or pay to avoid more problems.

Could be because of a battery problem or low charge. If charging does not help i suggest u take it to the service centre and have it repaired

well my se service centre told me to turn on press up, 0000, down turn off and n then take battery out
